Shipping policy
At Rebel Institute of Health, we prioritize efficiency, accuracy, and product integrity. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note:
- Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods
- We do not guarantee same-day shipping
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned due to address errors
If your package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier and marked as delivered, Rebel is no longer responsible for the package.
We are not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Weather-related or transit disruptions
If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@rebelioh.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will evaluate and, if appropriate, replace the item.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States.
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on state regulations. Orders that cannot be fulfilled will be canceled and refunded.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you need assistance, contact us immediately at office@rebelioh.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
The Rebel Standard
We operate with intention, not volume. Every order is handled with care to ensure quality from our hands to yours. Once it leaves us, it’s in the carrier’s control.
