At Rebel, every product we offer is intentionally selected for quality, performance, and results. Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and supplements, we maintain a strict but fair return policy to protect product integrity and client safety.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Unopened Product Returns

We will accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Product must be in original packaging
• Product must be sealed and untampered
• Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash or card refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@rebelioh.com

Please include:

• Order number
• Photo of the product and packaging

We will promptly replace the item at no additional cost.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Rebel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
• Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout
